QC/Technical Support As a quality-oriented supplier, we provide intensive training to our workers. Recommendations are made to our customers about product layout and cosmetic structure to ensure higher productivity and reliability. We also design and develop manufacturing/testing devices to improve product efficiency and quality. QC is implemented at different stages of production and QA is done before shipping. ICT machines, high-resolution microscopes, automatic optical inspection machines, BGA inspection machines and our own functional testers ensures high-quality products. QC Staff 10 to 19 Procedures/testing Details We have made continuous improvements to our quality control system and established a testing center equipped with advanced instruments. This equipment includes a Q-panel ultraviolet aging accelerator, Hounsfield multifunction tensile tester from UK, high-/low-temperature circulation testers and Sharpe 3-D locator. Together with other testing devices, we can satisfy your requirements for various physical, mechanical, thermal, optical, anti-weathering, fire-resistance and fire-retarding tests so that high-quality products are guaranteed.
